Meet the Therapist

Reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy. You may feel unsure where to start or whether things can truly change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and free from judgment.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and challenging life experiences. Our work goes beyond simply managing symptoms—we focus on gaining insight, building emotional awareness, and helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across hospital, school, and clinical settings, working with individuals at various stages of life. I earned my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and my master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Who We Serve

Adolescent

Adolescence can be a challenging time filled with big changes, intense emotions, and growing responsibilities. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school pressures, social challenges, or family changes like divorce, I provide a safe and understanding space to help them navigate it all. Through integrative approach, coping strategies, and emotional support, I help teens build confidence, manage stress, and develop healthy ways to handle life’s challenges. Together, we can help your teen feel more balanced, understood, and empowered

Adults

Life can get overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to manage stress, relationships, work, or past experiences on your own. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical — focused on helping you gain clarity, build coping skills, and find a path toward healing and growth. You don’t have to face it alone; together, we can work toward creating the life you want
