Support for Adolescents Navigating Stress, Emotions, and Change
Adolescence can be overwhelming—for both teens and parents.
I provide a supportive space where adolescents can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to better manage stress, relationships, and everyday challenges.
Approach to Working With Teens
My approach to working with adolescents is relational, supportive, and collaborative. Building trust is essential, especially for teens who may feel unsure about opening up. I meet adolescents where they are, creating a space where they feel comfortable, respected, and understood.
I also incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques to help them better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop practical skills they can use in their daily lives—both at home and in school.
Parental Involvement in Every Session
I also work collaboratively with parents to build skills, provide parental coaching, and session feedback while maintaining a safe and respectful space for adolescents to share openly.
